Animals communicate in ways that go far beyond words — through energy, emotion, presence, and subtle awareness. This gentle, experiential class offers an inviting introduction to understanding how animals express themselves and how humans can learn to sense and respond with greater sensitivity and respect.In this class, you’ll explore how to quiet the mind, notice subtle impressions, and tell the difference between intuitive awareness and imagination. Through grounding practices, gentle discussion, and a guided connection exercise, you’ll experience how feelings, sensations, images, and emotional cues can offer insight into an animal’s experience.
You’re warmly invited to bring ONE OR TWO PHOTOS OF YOUR ANIMALS (CURRENT OR PAST) to use during the guided exercise. Photos can be printed or on your phone or tablet. Bringing a photo is completely optional — everyone will be fully supported whether or not they bring one.
The class focus is on presence, empathy, and respectful connection -- skills that naturally deepen the human–animal bond and can bring greater understanding, reassurance, and harmony into everyday life.
No prior experience is required -- only curiosity and a love of animals.
