Connecting to yourself entails being aware of your thoughts, emotions and impulses, which is an important piece in therapeutical processes and a key aspect in many approaches such as Internal Family Systems. This session will be quite practical and will focus on specific journaling and meditating practices.
We will meet at Borgernerhus.
As usual, this event is open to everyone interested in the topic!
Structure of the meeting:
- Round of introductions
- Brief introduction to the meaning and importance of connecting to yourself
- Individual activities followed by discussion and observations
- Open space for questions and suggestions
