Connecting Mums online Monday 18th November

· With the face-to-face Connecting Mums sessions all fully booked, I can see many of you are really wanting connection with other local mums, meaningful conversations and to feel supported throughout the challenges of motherhood.

· Log in from the comfort of your own home, pop yourself on mute when you want and choose whether to have your camera on. You can be feeding, cooking, eating or doing laps round your kitchen for a carrier nap!

· You’re welcome with or without you baby, on maternity leave, back at work or during pregnancy.

· If you’ve done a face-to-face Connecting Mums group before, this could be the opportunity you need some weeks to stay connected and talk through any changes that are happening in your life. If you’ve never done a Connecting Mums group before, this is an easy and accessible way to see how wonderful it can feel to connect with other local mums and to have space to talk about and process how you’re doing.

· Depending on the number of mums attending, the structure of each session may vary from more of a circle structure, giving each mum time to share how they are doing (very much like the face-to-face Tuesday sessions), to an opportunity for those most needing support to share what challenges they are facing (whilst the others can offer a listening ear and support).

· For full disclosure, my son Eddie (who’s 2 and a half) will be around – probably napping but he may feature in the background/on my lap – I’m a mum too and doing my best to juggle 😊 – I want this connection as much as you!

Extra details:

· Online (Zoom or Google Meet - to be confirmed), Mondays 1-2pm

· There will be a WhatsApp group for everyone to carry on discussions between sessions and to support each other on hard days (and arrange face-to-face catch-ups if you want!)
