Time spent in nature is critical to children's social-emotional, and physical development. Child-centered, exploratory, imaginative play fosters creativity, emotional well-being, independent learning, and problem solving.
Experience the wonders of nature through your child's eyes. Each month we'll focus on using our senses to discover what new changes are happening in nature Adults learn about the benefits of outdoor nature play and exploration while children experience it.
Meet behind the Education Wing of the Greenbelt Cultural Center.
Dress for the weather. May want to bring extra clothing if children get wet or muddy.
