Connecting Games

Are you ready for playful and rich connection with yourself and others? This is the place!
I'll lead specially crafted activities, called “Authentic Relating Games.” These are designed to help us get in touch with ourselves in the moment (our body sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts, judgments, stories, and curiosities), and connect with ourselves and each other. The games, and the sort of being-present that they enable, leads to warmth, intimacy, care, self-discovery, and deep connection. There can be be self-discovery, tears, and laughter -- plenty of laughter!
I'll bring snacks.
“I have attended David’s game nights on a number of occasions. I’m always amazed at the fun and depth of the experiences and always feel safe to be completely myself.“
David Betz-Zall (he/him) has been Authentically Relating for 9 years and leading for 6. He specializes in helping people get out of their own way to find the joy, enthusiasm, and openness that exists within everyone.
Monday May 25th, 6-8pm
