Connecting Diverse Perspectives is a roundtable hosted by Albion Blake, bringing together professionals across insurance and financial services to explore how we shape more inclusive workplaces.

Our October session will focus on:

• Being the only person of ethnicity in a team
• Navigating microaggressions and bias
• Moving from “culture fit” to “culture add”

You’ll hear real-world perspectives from a panel of leaders whose work spans transformation, recruitment, workforce strategy, and grassroots inclusion.
