Are you a Carer who rarely gets time just for you?𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 invites you to our Connecting Carers art-based Creative Expression group. To be held in the welcoming space of the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞, upstairs (small set of steps & stairs) in the arty vibe of the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞.
This gentle and supportive 6-week program is designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and care for your own wellbeing through the process of artmaking.
No art experience is needed — just an openness to explore.
🌿𝑾𝙝𝒂𝙩 𝙩𝒐 𝒆𝙭𝒑𝙚𝒄𝙩:
Through guided creative themes & activities, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself beyond your caring role. Each 90-minute session offers a calm, welcoming space where you can express your experiences, perspectives & story within a therapeutic art-based approach

*𝐓𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: This program is not based on art classes, the focus of Creative Arts/Expression is on your own process in artmaking.
🌿𝑻𝙝𝒊𝙨 𝙥𝒓𝙤𝒈𝙧𝒂𝙢 𝙨𝒖𝙥𝒑𝙤𝒓𝙩𝒔 𝒚𝙤𝒖 𝒕𝙤:

Places are limited to ensure a supportive space, all activities are guided with care and sharing is always optional.

Minimal cost (𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅) $𝟖𝟎 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 ($13approx per session)
*Two-part payment available, ($𝟒𝟎 on booking & $𝟒𝟎 on or before commencement of program).
