Connecticut Boys at Gettysburg Brings History to Life at Nellie McKnight Museum
Step back in time and experience one of the most pivotal moments in American history during Connecticut Boys in the Battle of Gettysburg, a special one-night-only immersive event on Friday, July 31, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Nellie McKnight Museum, 70 Main Street, presented by the Ellington Historical Society in conjunction with the New England Civil War Museum.
Visitors will discover the stories of Connecticut soldiers who fought at Gettysburg through interactive displays, living history presentations, and engaging storytelling. The evening will also feature live period music, adding an authentic atmosphere to this unique historical experience.
