For this ConnectHer session, we're joined by Milly (Aroko) Kukutai, Recruitment Consultant at the University of Auckland.
Milly brings recruitment experience across different organisations, as well as her own experience building a career as a migrant woman in New Zealand.
She'll take us behind the first stages of recruitment — what recruiters actually notice when reviewing applications, what makes them want to learn more about a candidate, and how migrant professionals can better communicate their experience and value.
