Communication isn’t about perfect English. It’s about confidence, connection and belonging.
For this ConnectHer session, we’re joined by Christina Hodder, founder of Talk Time Tutoring, who works with international professionals, expats and migrant business owners to communicate more confidently in New Zealand workplaces and everyday life.
Many migrant women already have strong qualifications, professional experience and good English. But communicating in a new culture can still feel different — speaking up in meetings, making small talk, networking, understanding Kiwi communication styles, presenting yourself professionally, or simply finding the confidence to be yourself in English.
Christina will share practical insights to help you communicate with greater confidence and build stronger professional relationships in New Zealand.

ConnectHer sessions are intentionally small, with a maximum of 15 attendees, so everyone has an opportunity to participate, ask questions and connect.
