This month, we are featuring Damon Cockrel, founder of Win Like A BOSS™ and WinLAB™.
Damon is a business growth and sales momentum strategist who helps entrepreneurs and sales professionals stop starting from zero. With roots in the early wireless industry, he helped grow a garage startup into a multi-location business with 36 stores and four outside sales teams.
Today, Damon teaches business owners how to build the visibility, authority, and reach that turn inconsistent sales into predictable opportunity. Through his Leverage Architecture™ framework, he helps professionals create the structure around their business so opportunities begin coming toward them instead of always being chased.
A former drum major and competitive baton twirler, Damon also brings more than 20 years of experience working with the drum majors of The Ohio State University Marching Band, helping them develop leadership presence, performance confidence, and excellence under pressure.
