Connected Exclusive Events Annual End of Year Social Dinner Mixer 2024

This event is going to be special.... The first time this event was run at this venue everyone who attended absolutely loved it ......

Whether you have attended previous Connected Exclusive Events before or this is the first time , you are cordially invited to this year's social dinner mixer event to celebrate another great year. It's the chance to get together before it gets super busy for the festive season, enjoy a wide selection of good food and meet interesting people!

We are meeting up at an all- you- can- eat venue in Croydon.(precise location and venue will be provided the day before after RSVPs close to everyone who RSVPs).

HOW BOOKING WORKS FOR THIS EVENT:

1. You RSVP on here and when you do, you are only paying for the non-refundable event booking fee to secure your booking per person. This fee minimally covers any costs, time etc...it takes to arrange and set up this event.
2. A further £29 will need to be paid the day before after RSVPs close at 09:30 am. £29 is made up of £25 which is the all you can eat price as well as £4 that is for the unlimited hot and soft drinks. The price of the £29 is the prices that the venue charges. This total will be paid directly to the venue by me.
3. Please make sure you are aware that by RSVPing you will need to pay the remaining amount of £29 to attend, the day before the event. I will send each attendee a Paypal payment request on the morning(after 09:30am)a day before the event, so full payment of £29 will need to be made by paying the payment request. If you prefer not to pay through Paypal but through another payment method, please contact me directly to arrange.An email will then be sent to each attendee with meet up/location details as soon as payment is made. If you do not complete the transaction or if you do, but do not show up on the day, please be aware that I will not be able to refund the booking fee or the payment made for the event. If there are unforeseen circumstances that happened that meant you paid but could not attend and you would like a refund please message me and I will consider issuing a refund on a case by case basis, however if granted, the refund will be issued minus any associated selling fees.The booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the £29 is refunded.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

• The fee is for one adult and it includes unlimited food, unlimited refills of hot drinks and soft drinks and a small booking fee that covers the cost of running the event. Alcoholic beverages are not included and can be paid for extra by card at the venue.
• The all you can eat is for the period of the event duration only and includes choices from 12 International Cuisine and is suitable for most dietary choices. If you have very specific dietary needs please contact me for further details before RSVPing.
• This event is only for adults.
• If you have mobility issues please contact me before RSVPing to the event.
• Free parking on site.
• Tram and several buses just outside venue. East Croydon Train Station is just a few minutes away by tram or bus.
