This month’s theme: The Five Ways to Wellbeing

Connect2Five will spotlight the Five Ways to Wellbeing—Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give—and showcase how local services, partners and organisations can help individuals and workplaces put these into practice.

Whether you're an employer looking to support your workforce, a business interested in local collaboration, or someone who simply wants to know what’s available in the borough, this event will give you the tools and connections you need.

We’ll begin with short updates and insights from colleagues across Public Health, Welfare Support and fellow Pledgee's, focusing on wellbeing, financial support, and the importance of early access to local help.

Explore an expo with 20+ organisations from across South Tyneside, each highlighting the support they provide. Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Discover a wide range of local health, wellbeing and financial support services
• Understand how to access services or signpost employees and colleagues
• Network with partner organisations and fellow Pledge members
• Explore opportunities for collaboration, referral and community impact
