Since 1981, Psychic Horizons has been teaching people to remember who they truly are. Why not get your own experience?

There are many styles of meditation to choose from. In this free introductory class, you’ll get an overview of our integrated approach to this ancient practice. Our focus is on making your meditation skills applicable to your daily life — both during and after your meditation concludes. Teachers will walk you through two guided meditations focused on being grounded and centered. You will also do a third meditation that integrates these two tools. Class concludes with Q&A time with teachers.

This class is free and drop-in (no appointment necessary!), so just show up any Tuesday (except when Tuesday falls on a holiday; then check our website for updates) at 7:30 pm Pacific Time.
