Connect Retreat: Yoga, Manifestation Masterclass and Sound bath ✨

Hey everyone!

We are excited to bring this amazing collaboration together for you. This is a 3.5 hour experience designed to relax you, and connect you to your body, your goals and dreams and your soul in the most peaceful, fun, and laid-back way.

We are both very chilled, but very skilled at what we do. We wanted to combine our passions and create an oasis just for you.

There will be a warm, welcoming atmosphere to settle into, and opportunities to connect, have a nice cuppa and a biscuit and get to know a few new people if you wish to.

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear something comfy to move and stretch your body for Yoga. Layers are a good idea as you may get warm doing Yoga, and then cool down during the Manifestation Masterclass and Sound Bath.

WHAT TO BRING: If you have a Yoga mat, that would be great - but if not don't worry. Please also bring water, a notepad and pen, a pillow and a blanket. Mmmm snug!

PARKING: We know what a pickle people can get in about parking, so we wanted to let you know there are two entrances to the gym. One is at the front of the building and you can park here as the gym itself closes at 5.

Or if you continue along the road and turn left at the top, go through a yellow width restriction, there is plenty of parking at the back of the building, which is where the entrance to the studio is (circled). You can also enter this way and it's probably more convenient for you too :-) x
