Connect + Flow x FlowWell Yoga

Join us for a four-week community wellness experience that brings together movement, mindfulness, and justice.
Each Monday evening in December, we’ll gather at Autoshop for an embodied practice that connects physical movement with the movement to build more equitable communities.

Connect + Flow is part a new initiative using wellness as a tool for collective liberation. Through movement, dialogue, and community, we build stronger, more equitable spaces where all bodies are welcomed, celebrated, and free.

• 60-minute flow-style yoga class accessible to all levels
• Community dialogue and reflection with journaling prompts centered on healing, belonging, and justice
• Music, good energy, and space to connect

• A yoga mat
• Water + comfortable clothes
• An open heart and mind

✨ Pay What You Can — Suggested $10–$20 donation
