Join us for a four-week community wellness experience that brings together movement, mindfulness, and justice.
Each Monday evening in November, we’ll gather at Autoshop for an embodied practice that connects physical movement with the movement to build more equitable communities.

Connect + Flow is part of the CONNECT Network—a new initiative using wellness as a tool for collective liberation. Through movement, dialogue, and community, we build stronger, more equitable spaces where all bodies are welcomed, celebrated, and free.

• 60-minute flow-style yoga class accessible to all levels
• Post-class community dialogue or journaling prompt centered on healing, belonging, and justice
• Rotating guest facilitators from FlowWell and Alchemy DC
• Music, good energy, and space to connect

• A yoga mat
• Water + comfortable clothes
• An open heart and mind
