Join us for a vibrant Vietnamese cooking class where we’ll explore the bold, balanced flavors that make this cuisine so beloved. Together we’ll prepare lemongrass pork bánh mì, layered with savory roast pork, tangy pickled vegetables, spicy peppers, and a generous handful of fresh herbs tucked into a crusty baguette. The sandwich highlights the classic Vietnamese balance of savory, sweet, sour, and fresh flavors.We’ll also make fresh spring rolls filled with crisp seasonal vegetables and herbs, wrapped in delicate rice paper and served with a flavorful dipping sauce. Along the way, we’ll talk about the key elements that make Vietnamese food so exciting: bright pickled carrots and daikon, fragrant cilantro and mint, crunchy vegetables, and the citrusy aroma of lemongrass.
This class is a celebration of fresh ingredients, vibrant herbs, and the perfect harmony of textures and flavors.
