Remember How to Connect & Align Your Energy Chakra SystemThis August, I’m holding space at Danville Yoga and Meditation Center for a 4-part chakra series with a mix of sacred teaching, intuitive practice, and real alignment.
Each class will guide You through the chakras & how they shape your emotions, creativity, relationships, expression, and intuition.
You will learn exactly what each chakra is, how to recognize when it is out of alignment, and what You can do to support it.
Each session with a chakra alignment using sound and a new intuitive tool each week including frequency, sound bowls, and pendulum energy testing.
This is an informative, experiential class designed to help You connect with Your energy in a clear, simple, and powerful way.
