This special pop up event is designed for yogis who are looking to slow down, embrace the flow of your breath and sink in the depth of stretch. It includes an hour of deep stretch, 15 minutes of meditation and 45 minutes of community, refreshments and connection.
I believe engaging in community and connection after a yoga class is extremely important for adults because it enhances the overall well-being experience!
Building connections fosters a sense of belonging, support, and deepens the benefits of our yoga practice. Allow yourself this opportunity to share experiences, insights, encouragement, and promote emotional and social health… come on that sounds so good right ??
