We begin the evening with relaxed conversation so everyone has the chance to get comfortable and meet new faces. Later, we transition into introductions where each woman has the opportunity to briefly share about her business or work.

This structure allows connection to happen naturally while still creating space for everyone to be seen and heard. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the relaxed, connection-focused experience of Women Who Connect gatherings.
