NEW! Open Art Sessions with Tom Kerrigan at the Conneaut Arts Center! Enjoy a creative atmosphere with fellow artists, get inspired and focus on the joy of art. Share techniques and your creative spirit! Improving your art comes through practice and these sessions will be the perfect opportunity to pursue this.
Not a formal training class, but an instructor will monitor the session and offer their advice. And participating!
You will be responsible for bringing your own materials.
Attend as you desire to sketch or paint in a fun, creative atmosphere with fellow artists at CAC! Come every week or whenever you want. Pencil? Ink? Pastel? Paint? Yes!
For the subject matter, choose your point of view - sit or stand where you want. Subject matter for every session will include a live model (when available) and a still life. Each session will have a different model (when available) and still life. We will take care of composition and lighting. A tip jar for the model will allow you to offer your appreciation.
Class is pay-what-you-can beginning April 16th on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7pm.
