Conifer ID Workshop

Can't tell the difference between a cedar, cypress, or arbovitae? What about yew, podocarpus, and cephalotaxus? Our Extension Master Gardeners will help guide you through the sometimes confusing world of conifer identification so that you can be confident in your ability to distinguish among them all.

This workshop will focus on plant ID tips and tricks that will be useful in properly identifying these and other conifers you may encounter in the landscape. We'll also test out a few popular plant ID apps to see which ones give you the right answer and which ones don't.
