Join us as we tap into the vibrant rhythms of Kongo, through a dynamic blend of traditional and contemporary Kongolese dances. These dances connect us deeply to the earth, the elements, our ancestors and the natural world.

Experience learning body isolation and fluidity techniques while engaging with traditional songs and rhythms that fully express the spirit of these dances. Together, we will move in collective harmony with the language of the drums and the land.

These movements hold healing power and many were traditionally used in ceremonies to bring medicine to the body and soul. Come ready to engage your whole body for a truly wholesome and transformative experience!

Bring water, comfortable clothing, and an open Heart. All Dance expirience welcome :) Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
