Conflict Resolution and De‑Escalation is a three‑hour training designed to equip professionals who work with individuals in recovery with practical, trauma‑informed strategies for managing conflict and reducing escalation in high‑stress environments. Recovery settings often involve emotionally charged interactions, moments of frustration, and communication barriers—making calm, effective response skills essential for maintaining safety, trust, and therapeutic rapport.

Continental Breakfast will be provided, and NAADAC-approved CEUs.
