Confident Conversations in Action: Practicing Conversations About Sex and Growing Up is a hands-on follow-up workshop designed to help parents turn knowledge into real-life communication skills. In this interactive session, parents and caregivers will practice starting conversations, responding to common yet out-of-nowhere questions from real middle schoolers, and navigating awkward moments with confidence and ease. Through guided scenarios, group discussion, and real stories, parents will build confidence in delivering clear, age-appropriate, and values-aligned messages. This workshop creates a supportive space to try, reflect, and grow before having these conversations at home.
