Confidence Under Pressure
About this Event
Because confidence isn't something you wait for. It's something you build.
Pressure is part of sports. Whether it's taking the game-winning shot, making a mistake in front of your teammates, or feeling like you have to prove yourself, every athlete knows what it's like to feel the weight of a moment.
But what if you could learn to work with that pressure instead of fighting against it?
Confidence Under Pressure is a 90-minute, interactive mental performance workshop designed specifically for high school athletes who want to better understand their minds, strengthen their confidence, and develop practical tools for navigating the challenges of competition.
This isn't another lecture about thinking positively or simply believing in yourself.
We're getting hands-on.
Through interactive activities, real-world athletic scenarios, and guided reflection, athletes will learn how to recognize their responses to pressure and develop strategies they can actually use when the moment matters.
