ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This class is for anyone looking to become more confident, authentic and comfortable in their own skin while having a ridiculously good time.
Through the principles of improv you will learn how to trust yourself, speak up without overthinking and respond to life with greater ease and presence.
In this class you will
Build confidence by learning to trust your instincts and make bold choices.
Practice the improv principle of Yes And to become more open, adaptable and resilient.
Develop active listening, presence and genuine connection with others.
Quiet the inner critic and spend less time worrying about being perfect.
Strengthen spontaneity, creativity and the ability to think on your feet.
Discover how confidence comes not from having all the answers but from being comfortable not knowing.
Learn to embrace mistakes, take risks and find freedom in letting go.
Connect with a supportive community where you can show up as your true self.
No acting experience is required. Just bring your curiosity, your willingness to play and a desire to grow.
Confidence Lab is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more of yourself.
