Tweens experience big emotions, changing bodies, and growing social pressure, and summer is the perfect time to support them.Confidence in Motion is a boutique summer camp for tweens ages 9–13 that focuses on confidence, self-expression, and emotional regulation through movement and mindfulness.
This camp supports tweens through:
✨ Expressive movement & yoga
✨ Journaling & reflection
✨ Confidence-building activities
✨ Calm nervous system resets
Designed for tweens who need a judgment-free, supportive environment, not another loud or competitive camp.
