Family dance fitness classes are here!!!
Come and join the trial class. All fitness levels welcome.
Confi-Pop
The dance class is aimed at family members and their kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids etc
Music will be from
Disney, Pixar, K-Pop, current pop music from likes of Taylor Swift and family friendly musicals etc
Props will be used such as Pom Poms, light sticks, ribbons
Trial class will be on Friday 19th June 5pm-5.50pm at The Memorial Hall in RWB
£10 is for one adult and one child aged 6-106 (any other person in the family group is £4 extra each)
Fun, energetic, inclusive, bonding and non judgemental
