Come connect with like minded women! The Confetti Project will be coming to create a joyful workshop for us. It’s PLAY meets mindfulness with pounds of confetti that make you feel like a kid again. “The Celebration Lab” is a community workshop that blends mindfulness exercises, thought-provoking questions, and somatic activities—topped off with pounds of confetti. This joyful practice creates space to slow down, let go, and reconnect, prioritizing play as a powerful form of both self-care and community care. This immersive experience challenges perfectionism by giving you an opportunity to make a mess while embracing the messiness of being alive. Come play in pounds of confetti as way to relieve stress and re-center! The Celebration Lab is an experience that reconnects you to your inner child while igniting your spark and joy for life!
