Keynote speakers announced!
Day 1 Keynote Speaker: Willow Baer, Acting Commissioner
Willow Baer is the Acting Commissioner at the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), having previously served as the Executive Deputy Commissioner, overseeing operations, fiscal planning, and policy development. Throughout her career, Willow has been dedicated to advocating for underrepresented populations, and she continues to lead OPWDD in ensuring New York remains inclusive and supportive for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Day 2 Keynote Speaker: Rick Rader, MD
Dr. Rick Rader is the Director of the Habilitation Center at the Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he leads the development and evaluation of innovative health delivery systems for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is a board-certified specialist in developmental medicine and holds leadership roles in various organizations, including as President of the American Association on Health and Disability and co-founder of the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry.
