This is an incredible and brilliant list of events. May God replenish the minds and brainstorms for this well detailed write up.
*Note*: from day 2 Event, I can see cleanup/Sanitation/Sports. From 6am-9am. Although we don’t know the numbers of people expected to be there but if we have a larger number of people, the time frame for this may not be enough to bath and clean up church environments let alone of having any sports within that time.
Then what sport do we think should be appropriate during that am period?
*Note* 2: by 4pm of that same day, there is another sport competition which I think should be an indoor sport? If yes, is there preparation for that? Because if it will be an outdoor sport then the time can’t be enough sir. I.e moving from the venue to sport center or field.
*Note* 3: on day 3 it was said a final football competition? Will there be any football matches before the third day? Where was it fixed and what was the time frame??
*Clue*: if we want youths to turn up and we want to have a lagger number of people. I would advice us to give more rooms and time for other social activities so as to draw more attention of youths.
Words/ prayers are good but we shouldn’t let it be cumbersome so people wouldn’t be bored about it. Interwoven of prayer sessions social activities and words will make the program so lively.
