We’re partnering with F45 Training Manchester to bring you a hybrid-style session as part of our Conditioning Club – combining high-tempo cardio with slower, resistance-based strength training for the ultimate full-body workout.

This isn’t just about fitness (though you’ll definitely feel the buzz). It’s about looking after your wellbeing – both physical and social. At The After Work Club, we’re all about making it easier to meet new people – whether you’re new to the city, looking to network, or just want to connect with others who are into the same things.
