About the comedian:

From an early childhood that led him through every urban town in the San Fernando Valley to finally calling Sylmar California his home Cristian Gutierrez now better known as Concrete has the makings of an upbringing that to this day solidify his eclectic creative prowess in a city that demands for creativity. Concrete was able to perfect his trade create his own brand and eventually end up having two radio records "Certified Kush" and "We Can Make it Rain" on the Los Angeles based major Hip-Hop radio station Power 106 and 35 other major stations across the country. Sharing the stage with luminaries likeDJ Quik G-Unit Cypress Hill Fat Joe and Kid Frost Concrete's journey in the music scene reached impressive heights. Collaborations with Hip-Hop heavyweights such as Krayzie Bone Lazie Bone and members of The Outlaws solidified his position in the industry. Transitioning seamlessly Concrete has shifted his focus to the world of comedy routinely captivating audiences and selling out stand-up comedy clubs. Ticket Purchase Disclosure

By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
2. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Group Seating Not Guaranteed
4. Group seating is not guaranteed. Arrive early to increase your chances of sitting together with your group.
5. Communal Seating
6. Seating at the event may be communal meaning you could be seated with attendees outside of your group. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement. Booth seats are also communal seating and will be limited to four tickets per booth.
7. Age Requirement - 21 and Over
8. This event is strictly for attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification proving they are at least 21 years of age will be denied entry without a refund.
9. Lineup Subject to Change
10. The event lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to lineup changes.
11. Right to Refuse Entry
12. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is visibly intoxicated under the influence of any substance or causing a disturbance. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
13. Authorized Ticket Purchases Only
14. Only tickets purchased directly from Eventbrite will be honored. We do not support or accept tickets obtained from third parties or scalpers. Any resale attempted resale or exchange of tickets will result in the cancellation of the ticket without compensation.
15. Identification Requirement
16. Valid identification matching the ticket buyer's information is required for admission. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry without a refund.
17. Photography and Video Recording Prohibited
18. Photography video recording and audio recording of the event by attendees are strictly prohibited. Any person found violating this policy will be removed from the venue without a refund and any recorded material will be subject to confiscation.
19. Disruptive Behavior Prohibited
20. Any loud talking talking back or heckling of comedians during the show is strictly prohibited. Attendees who engage in disruptive behavior will be removed from the venue without a refund.
21. No Outside Food or Beverages
22. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event. Any attendees found with outside food or beverages will be asked to discard them or may be denied entry without a refund.
23. Late Arrivals
24. Entry is not guaranteed after the event has started. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of seating or entry without a refund.
25. Accessible Seating
26. Limited accessible seating is available. Please contact the venue in advance to arrange accommodations.
27. Weather Policy
28. This event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
29. Ticket Transfers
30. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer. Any unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation without compensation.
31. Personal Belongings
32. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers and venue are not liable for lost stolen or damaged items.
33. Health and Safety
34. By attending this event you agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event including but not limited to mask mandates or proof of vaccination if required.
35. Ticket Limit
36. Each customer is limited to purchasing 4 tickets per event. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled without notice.
37. Re-Entry Policy
38. No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue.
39. Content Warning
40. This comedy show is intended for mature audiences only. It includes explicit language adult themes and content that may be considered offensive to some attendees. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and accept this material as part of the show. Viewer discretion is advised.
41. Attendee Assumes Risk
42. By attending this event you assume all risks associated with viewing comedy material that may challenge or conflict with your personal beliefs or sensitivities. No refunds will be issued based on offense taken to the show's content.
43. No Content-Related Refunds
44. Refunds will not be issued for disagreements with or offense taken to the show's content including foul language adult humor or controversial material.
45. Respect for Performers and Audience
46. Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the show. Disruptive or confrontational reactions to the content will result in removal from the venue without a refund.
47. Emotional Distress Waiver
48. The organizers venue and performers are not responsible for any emotional distress caused by the content of the show. By attending you waive all claims against the organizers venue and performers regarding the material presented.

Social Media Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event you agree to the following terms and grant explicit consent:

1. Photography and Videography: This event may be photographed recorded or filmed for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media websites and other public platforms. Recordings may include the audience and any attendees.
2. Consent to Use of Likeness: By attending this event you consent to the use of your image likeness voice and/or performance in any and all media for promotional commercial or editorial purposes by the event organizers and their designees. This use may include social media platforms websites advertisements and other media channels worldwide in perpetuity and without further approval or compensation.
3. Opt-Out Policy: If you do not wish to be recorded or appear in any promotional content please notify event staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests avoidance cannot be guaranteed in all areas of the venue.
4. No Claim for Compensation: By attending this event you waive any claims demands or causes of action for invasion of privacy defamation rights of publicity or any other legal claim in connection with the use of your likeness as described above.
