Concord Veteran Headstone Ceremony
Advertisement
Research by Beth van Duzer identified five veterans buried there whose graves did not have markers recognizing their military service—two Revolutionary War veterans, one from the War of 1812 and two Civil War veterans.
We’re bringing together the Concord Minute Men, Sons of the American Revolution, 1812 Marine Guard, Sons of Union Veterans, Sons of Veterans Reserve and Concord Independent Battery. The ceremony will include the veterans’ stories, fife and drum music, a combined honor volley, Taps and an artillery salute.
All are welcome to join us in this historic event!
