The Concord Lions Speak Out Speech Contest is open to students in grades 9–12 (public, private, charter, or homeschooled). Share your voice, build your confidence, and compete for over $500 in prizes.
👉 This year’s topic:
How does literacy help young people understand the world and spark change?
Write and deliver a 3–5 minute original speech and you could be on your way to the statewide stage.
