Tango En Fuego – Live at Hop Harvest & Vine
Join us for an evening of versatile roots music and high-energy musicianship as Brad Campbell and Tango En Fuego perform live at Hop Harvest & Vine.
Brad Campbell (also known as “Slim Guitfiddle”) is a seasoned Wisconsin musician whose wheelhouse is classic country and American blues, but whose musical range spans everything from classical guitar to rock, jazz, Latin, reggae, and Celtic influences. With a repertoire of more than 500 songs, Brad has the rare ability to entertain nearly any crowd and handle requests with ease.
Brad’s musical career began at the age of eleven and has continued for decades across many bands and performances throughout the region. He studied American Fingerstyle Guitar at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee under Professor John Strope and has spent more than 30 years working in one of Wisconsin’s oldest music instrument stores as a manager, music buyer, repair technician/luthier, and guitar instructor. His deep knowledge of instruments and song arrangement is well respected by fellow musicians across the local music community.
Brad has performed with numerous bands over the years including The Blues Disciples, Texas 55, Highfield Drive, The Lilies, and Noon Day Son, and has also played in both a George Jones tribute band and a Grateful Dead cover band. His original songs reflect a distinctive retro-twang style rooted in classic American music traditions.
Joining Brad on stage is drummer Patrick Caraulel, a well-seasoned musician with more than 50 years of playing experience. The chemistry between Brad and Patrick creates a lively and engaging performance, and Tango En Fuego occasionally welcomes additional guest musicians when the show calls for a fuller sound.
Brad’s straight-ahead, down-home stage presence and energetic guitar work make every performance welcoming, unpretentious, and deeply musical.
Come early and enjoy Happy Hour from 4:00–6:00 PM with $2 off pints of beer and glasses of wine.
Kitchen open until 7:30 PM — perfect for grabbing dinner before or during the show.
