The Manitoba Chamber Orchestra’s fifth annual Concert on the Veranda at Seven Oaks House Museum, National Historic Site, is on Saturday, August 22! Join us for a free, family-friendly outdoor concert, and bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair for a morning of music at one of Winnipeg's most distinctive historic sites.
The program includes orchestral favourites by Beethoven and Mozart alongside lively fiddle and folk tunes and some musical surprises along the way.
Featuring the MCO Touring Orchestra, the program includes favourites by Beethoven and Mozart alongside lively fiddle and folk tunes and some musical surprises along the way.
Concert attendees are also welcome to visit the museum following the performance. The museum is open until 4pm, with admission by donation (suggested donation $5) and guided tours available.
