The Coalition to preserve Perry County Will hold meetings in June and July
Our next meeting is on June 18th from 7-9 p.m.
Due to the amount of positive feedback and support along with continued and repeated requests, we have decided to keep on meeting on a monthly basis.
There is a lot happening with data centers across the Commonwealth.
We would also request citizens participate and let us know how they can help or what they think we all need to do from here!
OTHER UPCOMING EVENTS:
The 2026 Perry County Community Fair - Dates are
August 18-22, 2026.
Please also consider volunteering for our booth at the Perry County Fair, the costs of which were generously covered by another concerned citizen who wishes to remain anonymous.
There will be FREE Parking offered to those who are helping us at our booth during the Perry County Fair.
NATIONAL NO DATA CENTER PROTEST DAY
May 30th, 2026, 10-10:30 a.m.
We will meet at the Shermans Dale square, near the village restaurant and from there we will line route 34 and 850 (but not within the circle)
We still have extra No Data Center Signs available for anyone who needs them, or bring your own sign creations and extras to share.
We hope to see you there as well.
The more people we have attend the more pressure and influence we will have.
We're here to help neighbors in our county and community to fight the data centers running over us.
Please also be sure report any attempts by anyone to make land purchase offers or purchase agreements as it helps us monitor, track, and take immediate action to try begin protecting concerned citizens in their townships and communities.
We need to be proactive and get tighter zoning and protections in place before the offers and deals start happening.
If you live anywhere near a high power electrical transmission line, be extra vigilant, as those are prime areas data center developers target.
