🌌 What Is ConCave?ConCave is a cozy, chaotic, wonderfully friendly gathering of sci-fi fans, fantasy nerds, gamers, costumers, readers, artists, room party legends, karaoke warriors, and folks who simply enjoy existing in a universe full of laughter and strange delights.
Think of it as a relaxicon:
Less corporate convention machine.
More interdimensional family reunion with better jokes, better people, and far more duct tape holding reality together.

🎨 Art Show & Auction
ConCave features a sci-fi and fandom art show full of creativity across styles, mediums, and galaxies. Most works are available for purchase, so you may leave with new wall magic. Artists interested in participating can reach out to Curt & Kim Payne at [email protected] for rules, entry info, shipping, and all the practical things that prevent dimensional collapse.
🧵 Cosplay & Costume Contest
Cosplay at ConCave is growing every year, and whether you’re here to compete or simply strut your nerdy magnificence through the halls, we love seeing the characters, creativity, and courage that step out of imagination and into reality. Contest details are coming soon… just know you’ll be among friends.
🛍️ Vendors & ConCave Village
Our vendor area lives right in the heartbeat of the action — the atrium we lovingly call ConCave Village. Vendor rooms overlook the convention floor, and additional shared vendor tables are available. If you’re interested in selling your wares, curiosity trinkets, fandom treasures, or mysterious shiny things that definitely don’t hum ominously, email Kelly at [email protected].
🎲 Gaming
Gaming at ConCave is simple and pure — no huge tournament stress, no corporate spectacle. Just gamers gathering to roll dice, tell stories, investigate horrors, blast aliens, and bond over cardboard and chaos. Want to run a game? Contact Captain Howl at [email protected] and we’ll make it happen.
