All Ages: Whether you’re ready to set sail for the Grand Line, power up to Super Saiyan levels, or channel your inner Tony Stark, prepare for all of your favorite fandoms across the multi-verse to collide at Con at the Crossroads! Get hands-on with fantastical activities, hear from local industry insiders at exciting panels, enjoy local artists' fan art, and meet other cosplayers, creators, and fans of your favorite franchises! Learn the basics of cosplay at Cosplay 101 or how to create your costume on a budget with Cosplay From Your Closet. If sword fighting is your thing, then be sure to catch the Historical Sword Fighting demonstration by David Kite, a twenty-year member of the Association for Renaissance Martial Arts! Maddie King, local artist, business owner, and creator of the webcomics LAPIS and Del Rio, will explore the art of comics at Comic Illustrating. At Board Game Development, Aaron Brink of Robinwood Games and Luke Gentry will discuss the process of developing your own board games and entering the board game industry.
Kids can conquer the Adventure Trail, while the entire family can make their own fantasy maps or craft dragons’ eggs. And make sure you snap a photo with the Ghostbusters as they sweep the area for paranormal activity! You can even take a break in the board game room, where you and your family and friends can relax while playing fan favorites like Settlers of Cataan or Wingspan or discover something new.
