This September, and are teaming up to host a special Self Care Sunday in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Our theme: Comunidad (Community), Cultura (Culture), Conexión (Connection).

Both organizations are Latina-founded and co-founded, and this event is a celebration of heritage, sisterhood, and the power of women coming together. While we’re honoring our roots, all are welcome... you do not need to be Latina to join us. This space is for anyone who believes in the power of movement, culture, and community.

💫 Here’s what to expect:

• Choose your flow → Bike (10 miles), Run (3 miles), Walk (1.5 miles), or come just for the vibes.
• Food + Refreshments → Enjoy bites and drinks at La Hacienda.
• Music → Because the vibes don’t stop when the miles do.
• Connection → Meet new faces, celebrate community, and learn more about TrailblazHers + WOW.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Space is limited → Please only RSVP if you’re confident you can attend.
• Helmets are mandatory for all bikers. No exceptions for safety.
• Don’t have a bike? No problem... we’re also offering a run (3 miles) and a walk (1.5 miles).

Whether you’re biking, running, walking, or just soaking in the after-vibes, this is your chance to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and be in community with phenomenal women.
