The COMTO WA Workforce Development Serves Everyone (WDSE - pronounced “woods”) Committee will host its first WDSE Symposium October 22nd, 2025, from 10am-2pm, at Sound Transit’s Union Station, providing COMTO WA members tools, information and leadership perspectives on how organizations and individuals can face challenges and stay competitive within our transportation industry workforce.
Along with registering, click here> Workforce Development Poll to provide your feedback on current workforce challenges to help us identify and address the needs of our growing transit and transportation workforce. Please take the poll by October 1st, 2025. The results will be reviewed at the WDSE Symposium.
