We’ll start with compound butters, combining your favorite seasonings with colorful botanicals into 2 forms that you can use to enhance everything from steak to veggies. We will demonstrate how to make a butter candle and then work together to create pinterest-worthy butter boards for you to enjoy at home. As always, we will discuss flavor combinations and what to eat with your butter art. Cost $45
