Composting Workshop for City of Oldsmar Residents

Come join City of Oldsmar Environmental Management staff and a UF/IFAS expert to learn more about composting. City of Oldsmar registered attendees will receive a free composter at the end of the workshop, limit 1 per household.
Why compost? Composting is beneficial because it helps reduce food and yard waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill. The soil produced at the end of the composting process has a high nutrient content, which reduces the need for fertilizers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*This workshop will be held on Saturday, October 24th, from 9am-11am. Join us at Shelter 1 at Bicentennial Park in Oldsmar, FL.
*This workshop is FREE for City of Oldsmar residents. Please bring an ID with a current address to the workshop to verify residency.
*Please only sign up for ONE spot per household. Pre-registration is required. Only ONE composter per registrant.
