In honor and celebration of the beautiful new Natural Awakening Wellness Center located at the lower level of WCS (Wike Counseling Services), I am grateful to offer my very first sound meditation session in this space as a gift to the community, free of charge.This gentle, restorative experience uses soothing sound frequencies via quartz crystal singing bowls and gong to help calm the nervous system, soften the body, and invite deep rest, balance, and inner clarity. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
Because space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and supportive environment, advance registration is required to hold your spot.

This offering is rooted in mutual trust and respect. Please sign up only if you feel confident you can attend, or let me know as soon as possible if plans change so another soul may join.
A few gentle notes for comfort and accessibility:
• Participants will be lying down on a supplied yoga mat
• Feel free to bring extra padding, pillows, or blankets
• Wear loose, cozy clothing
• A limited number of upright cushioned chairs are available
• Please share in advance if you have mobility or physical limitations so I can best support you
• Despite session being held on ground level at Wellness Center, please note restroom requires stairs.
Future sessions will have a modest fee, thoughtfully kept accessible. I will also hold one rotating pay-what-you-are-able/donation space each session for anyone experiencing hardship.
