Join us Wednesday, March 18th for a complimentary 3 hour CE class covering P.R.O. to Close Contracts: Addenda & Notices #35944 — The purpose of this class is to introduce real estate agents/brokers to the addenda and notices as they are referenced in the One to Four Family Residential Contract Resale. By the conclusion of the course real estate agents/brokers will be able to identify where the addenda & notices are mentioned in the One to Four Family Residential Contract Resale, where to find the correct form, understand when the form is needed and how to use those addenda & notices effectively for their clients. Part of the P.R.O. to Close Contracts series which incorporates Pragmatics, Resources and Opportunities to the contract learning process.
