This multi-week, comprehensive series offers an evidence-based curriculum taught in a clear, unbiased and easily digestible manner. This series is ideal for first time parents who prefer to spread their learning over multiple sessions. Over the course of this series, you will gain practical knowledge, learn about available at your birthing location and learn strategies to ensure you are given the time and space to make decisions that are right for your family and birth.
