This audition date is open to all CURRENT and PROSPECTIVE team members. Details: Prepare a 30 second combo to the SONG and DANCE STYLE of your choice.
***The dance style you choose is to be the same style YOU WOULD LIKE to compete with if selected.
Please know, THIS MAY NOT MEAN that will be the exact style or the exact song that will be used if you are selected.
We will make selections according to what fits best for the team, for each individual's style and/or technique.
When you audition for a solo/duo/trio, you must also audition in August for the TEAM AUDITIONS. If selected for a solo/duo/trio you must also be a part of at least 1 other group dance. It is also HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you take a regular dance class that is the SAME STYLE as your selected solo/duo/trio style so that you continue to work on your technique and skills in that genre throughout the year.
BEING SELECTED for a solo/duo/trio is a PRIVILEGE and extremely special. Rehearsal outside of the studio and in your free time when there is open studio time is super important so that you perfect your craft and improve your routine and scores throughout the competition season.
